This page explains, in plain language, how Biomedup handles information on this website. It covers the current public site and the demo-request form; the full legal privacy notice will accompany the commercial launch.
The practices below reflect our drafted data policy, which is being finalized before launch.
What we collect
When you submit a demo request, we collect only the details you provide in the form: your name, business email, and organization name (and, if you choose, your phone number and a short message), together with your language preference and the time of submission.
Why we collect it
We use demo details to respond to your request. A separate optional checkbox records your email and consent evidence for Biomedup product and company updates; this form does not send marketing messages. We do not sell your details or share them with advertising tools.
How long we keep it
We do not yet have an approved retention period for demo requests. Email hello@biomedup.com to ask about your request or how your information is handled; removal requests are reviewed manually.
Where it is stored
Your demo request and any separate newsletter consent are stored in Biomedup's systems. If the Lark CRM integration is enabled after review, demo request details are also stored in Biomedup's Lark CRM workspace for sales follow-up. Newsletter consent synchronization remains disabled until its destination, permissions, access, and data transfer are reviewed.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy or ask us to review your demo request and how its information is handled, or withdraw newsletter consent, by emailing hello@biomedup.com.
AI that keeps your data yours
We care about your data, and we designed Biomedup so you never have to choose between smart assistance and privacy. With your choice, our assistant runs inside your own browser using our innovative on-device technology: your records are prepared for search, and your questions are answered, without that text ever being sent to any third-party AI service. You stay in control: you decide when it is enabled, and you can remove everything it stores at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
